Williams & Bay has acquired Houdek’s Pumping Service!

True North Environmental Corporation (TNEC), parent company of Williams & Bay Pumping Services and Williams & Bay Portable Restrooms has reached an agreement to acquire all operating assets of Houdek’s Pumping Service, Inc., effective November 19th 2018. The operations will be consolidated at the Williams & Bay headquarters, located at 9317 S. Nash Road, Maple City, MI.

Operations will be consolidated at the Williams & Bay headquarters in Maple City, MI.

Jim Houdek established Houdek’s Pumping Service, Inc. in 1986 and has successfully operated it since then.

We are excited for Jim to join the Williams & Bay team and continue to service the community.
