Sewage Pumps, Float Switches, and Sales and Service

Williams & Bay Pumping Services uses premium rated sewer pumps that come with the best warranty in the industry. 5 full years. If your sewer alarm goes off do not hesitate to call. We can help you troubleshoot your system over the phone to prevent a back up or many times just unplugging the power will prevent the pump from burning up. Sewer pumps should be inspected annually to insure their optimum performance.

Video Sewer Line Inspections

A picture is worth a thousand words. If you have sewer line problems we can run our video scope down the sewer line to pinpoint the exact nature of your problem. Our camera can identify root infiltration, cracked pipes, and blockages. In many cases this allows us to do a spot repair versus replacing the whole sewer line.   We won't just tell you what is going on in your line... we will show you.

Terralift Drainfield Rejuvenation

Don't replace your drainfield - let us rejuvenate it and save you thousands of dollars!
Terralift is a patented system that represents a technological breakthrough in soil restoration. It solves a number of problems with your septic system - including compaction, saturation and improper drainage almost immediately. It does not use chemicals and will not pollute your property. In just one day, you will be able to use your plumbing almost as soon as the operation is complete. Terralift will not disturb your lawn and can save you thousands of dollars.

Manhole Extensions

Septic tanks are typically buried 1 foot below the ground and require hand digging to make them accessible.  When your tank is buried more than 16" below ground level, we strongly recommend  having  a manhole extension or riser installed.  Manhole extensions will make servicing your septic tank much easier by eliminating having to dig up your lawn when your tank is serviced, saving you time and money. They also make troubleshooting your system much easier if problems arise.

Effluent Filters

Effluent filters will extend the life of your septic system. A majority of drainfields fail prematurely due to an excessive amount of solids escaping the septic tank. Even septic tanks that are pumped regularly will discharge small amounts of lint, soap, grease and other forms of suspended solids.  As solids accumulate in the leach field, the soil beneath the leach field will clog resulting in failure.  By installing an effluent filter in the outlet baffle of the septic tank, a majority of those suspended solids get screened out and remain in the septic tank where they belong.  Effluent filters are very affordable and provide significant protection against drain field failure.

Low Pressure Drainfield Flushing

Low pressure leach fields or mound systems are more complicated than traditional leach fields and require regular maintenance to keep them from failing.  In these types of systems we are seeing a lot of sludge plugging up the laterals and causing premature failure. Williams & Bay Pumping Services is pioneering the process of lateral flushing on these types of systems. Simply by flushing and treating the leach field lines periodically, the life of your leach field can be significantly extended.
